DELF Prim

Just like the DELF, but for the youngest!

Tests the same skills as the DELF exam but with material designed for the youngest. The DELF (Diplôme d'Etudes en Langue Française) Prim is a diploma issued by the French Ministry of National Education in recognition of French-language studies. The materials of the Prim version of DELF take into account the interests of young people so it is perfectly fit for children between 7 and 11 years old in primary school.

The DELF examinations are recognized around the world, and your child will receive a diploma valid for the rest of his or her life! The diploma awarded is identical to the standard DELF diploma.

The examinations are independent, and candidates can register for the examination of their choice. Each examination evaluates the four communication skills: reading, listening, writing and speaking.

To see a detailed overview of the DELF examinations, sample exams and examples of students' work, you can check the official website dedicated to the DELF examinations in Canada here.
