The French Minister
Arthur Vlaminck, a young academic preparing his thesis, is hired by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. His job was to write the speeches! But he still had to learn to deal with the Minister's susceptibility and entourage, and to find a place for himself between the director of the cabinet and the advisors who gravitated in a Québécois atmosphere. the director of the cabinet and the advisors who gravitate in a Quai d'Orsay where stress, ambition and dirty tricks are not uncommon.
